Why Bother with This (TidyCal Tech Magic) 🪄

The magic of TidyCal is that you can get paid for 1:1 or group sessions in advance. But instead of having to pay a recurring subscription, there’s a one-off low-cost lifetime deal. (My client Jean has worked out that this tip alone will save her over £200 a year!)

(Tech isn’t *really* magic, but it can feel like it)

An online scheduler is fantastic because it saves the faff of back-and-forth emails figuring out convenient times to set up client sessions – i.e. more time to play or to spend time doing things you love with people you love.

It can also help you to set boundaries if that’s a struggle because you have to tell the scheduler when you’re available and clients can’t book in outside the times you set.

For me, the fact that you can integrate TidyCal with Zoom is an absolute gamechanger, because TidyCal will automatically generate a Zoom link and send it to a client who wants to book in with you, instead of you having to set up a link manually.

💖If I sound particularly animated and like I’m chatting, it’s because I am…to the amazing Ruth from selfworthsanctuary.com, a haven for the HSPs amongst us. Massive thanks to Ruth for allowing me to use her account for teaching purposes so that I could walk you through the setup and demystify it (and maybe convince you that tech magic is real, despite the disclaimer above?! Don’t tell the Muggles though…)
